NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that applications have been made to SEPA by Scottish Water for consent to discharge the following:

WPC/N/72076 - Screened domestic sewage and surface water discharged in storm conditions to the River Spey at NGR NH 9046 1291 from Aviemore Wastewater Treatment Works.

WPC/N/72077 - 6273 m3 per day of treated sewage effluent to the River Spey at NGA NH 9046 1291 from Aviemore Wastewater Treatment Works.

WPC/N/72078 - Screened domestic sewage and surface water discharged in emergency conditions to the River Spey at NGR NH 9046 1291 from Aviemore Wastewater Treatment Works.

Any person who wishes to make representations about these applications should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, Greyhope House, Greyhope Road, Torry, Aberdeen, AB11 9RD, not later than 11th January 2005 quoting reference WPC/N/72076, WPC/N/72077 or WPC/N/72078.s
