NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Scottish Water for consent to discharge up to 136512 m3 per day of storm sewage to the Molendinar Burn at NGR NS 261477 665764 from Armadale Path, Dennistoun, Glasgow.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, 5 Redwood Crescent, Peel Park, East Kilbride G74 5PP not later than 11th January 2005, quoting reference WPC/W/72000.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge, at SEPA at the above address during normal business hours, and by prior arrangement at the local SEPA office at LAW House, Todd Campus, West of Scotland Science Park, Maryhill Road, Glasgow, G20 0XA (tel: 0141 945 6350).
