NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (as amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Scottish Water for consent to discharge 10.2m3 per day of trade effluent to an unnamed watercourse at NGR NG 8002 6058, from Diabeg Water Treatment Works, Torridon.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, Graesser House, Fodderty Way, Dingwall IV15 9XB, not later than 25 January 2005, quoting reference WC/N/72171.

A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the above address.
