NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (as amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Glendale Park Limited for consent to discharge 30m3 per day of sewage effluent to controlled waters, namely the River Moriston, at NGR NH 4171 1696 from a new development at Dalcattaig, Invermoriston.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrars, SEPA Dingwall Office, Graesser House, Fodderty Way, Dingwall IV15 9XB, not later than 1 February 2005, quoting reference WPC/N/72210.

A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the above address and at the

Glenmoriston Post Office.
