STATUTORY NOTICE
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997
THE FIFE COUNCIL FOOTPATH DIVERSION (COLLESSIE TO WOODMILL AT BRAESIDE COTTAGE) ORDER 2004
The Fife Council hereby give notice that they have made the above Order under Sections 208 and 213 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (hereinafter referred to as “the Planning Act”) authorising the diversion of a footpath at Braeside Cottage, near Collessie.
The Fife Council is satisfied that the Order is required for the purpose of enabling the development specified in the Schedule to the Order to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Planning Act.
Copies of the Order and the relevant plan specifying the footpath to be diverted may be inspected at Development Services, County Buildings, Cupar, by any person, free of charge, between the hours of 8.48 a.m. and 5 p.m., Mondays to Fridays during the period of 28 days from publication of this Statutory Notice.
Within that period any person may, by written notice addressed to the Head of Law and Administration, the Fife Council, City Chambers, Dunfermline, object to the making of the Order. Failing any objections being made within that time period, the Order may be confirmed as an unopposed Order.
