THE NORTH LANARKSHIRE COUNCIL EDUCATION 2010 P.P.P. (HOULDSWORTH PARK) COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 2005

Notice is hereby given that the North Lanarkshire Council in exercise of the powers conferred by the above mentioned Acts, on 14 February 2005, made the above mentioned Compulsory Purchase Order which affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, for the purpose of enabling the execution of the Council’s function as education authority by the execution of works to create an access to land to enable the erection and furnish of two new primary schools, with nursery provisions and community facilities to improve the education provision in the area.

The Order is about to be submitted to Scottish Ministers for confirmation and comes into operation only if confirmed. If the Order is confirmed, a conveyance registered in implement of the Order may vary or extinguish rights to enforce real burdens and servitudes affecting the land.

A copy of the Order and the Map referred to therein have been deposited at the offices of the Head of Legal Services, North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Motherwell and may be seen there without payment of fee between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.15 pm Monday to Friday inclusive.

Any objections to the Order must be made in writing stating the title of the Order and the grounds of objection and addressed to the Scottish Ministers (Scottish Executive Education Department, Schools Division, Area 2A North), Victoria Quay, Edinburgh EH6 6QQ, by 4 April 2005.

All and Whole (In the First to Fourth Places) those four plots or areas of ground lying on or towards the west of Loch Park, Wishaw lying in the County of Lanark and extending respectively to Two Hundred and Forty two square metres (242 sq m) or thereby, Sixty seven square metres (67 sq m) or thereby, ninety nine square metres (99 sq m) or thereby and twenty five square metres (25 sq m) or thereby, as the said four plots or areas of ground are respectively shown coloured yellow and hatched in black, coloured blue, coloured pink and coloured green and are delineated partly in red and partly in black and respectively marked Plots 1, 2, 3 and 4 on the map signed and sealed with reference to the North Lanarkshire Council Education 2010 PPP (Houldsworth Park) Compulsory Purchase Order 2005; and (In the Fifth Place) that plot or area of ground lying on or towards the south west of Young Street, Wishaw, lying in the County of Lanark extending to Seventy six square metres (76 sq m) or thereby as the said plot or area of ground is shown coloured brown and delineated in red and marked Plot 5 on the said map.
