Notice is hereby given that Adrian R Stanway, Chartered Accountant, Official Liquidator of George Morris (Hotels) Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 57 Queen Street, Edinburgh has lodged a note in the liquidation petition for approval of his intromissions and the accounts in the liquidation and for exoneration and discharge and for an order dissolving the Company. On 2 March 2005 in the Court of Session, Lord MacPhail pronounced the following interlocutor:

“The Lord Ordinary, having considered the Note No. 145 of process to be intimated on the Walls in common form and to be advertised once in each of The Edinburgh Gazette and Scotsman newspapers, Grants Warrant for service of the Note as craved, together with a copy of this interlocutor, upon the parties named and designed in the Schedule annexed thereto; Allows any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto, if so advised, within twenty-one days after intimation, advertisement and service.”
