Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 67(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of Creditors of the above named company will be held at 32 Albyn Place, Aberdeen on Friday 24 June 2005 at 10.30 am for the purposes of presenting the report of the Joint Receivers and, if thought fit, appointing a creditors’ committee.

Creditors whose claims are unsecured, either in whole or in part, are entitled to attend in person or by proxy, and a resolution will be passed by a majority in value of those voting. Only creditors whose claims and proxies have been submitted and accepted at or before the meeting may vote.

Pursuant to section 67(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986, notice is hereby given that any unsecured creditor wishing to obtain, free of charge, a copy of the Report prepared by the Joint Receivers should write to the undernoted address.
