NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Scottish Water for consent to discharge the following:

WPC/N/72732

575 m3 per day of fully treated sewage effluent to the River Dee at NGR NO 7992 9864 from Drumoak Waste Water Treatment Plant.

WPC/N/72732

488 m3 per day of settled storm sewage effluent to the River Dee at NGR NO 7992 9864 from Drumoak Waste Water Treatment Plant.

WPC/N/72732

22,464 m3 per day of combined sewer overflow sewage effluent to the River Dee at NGR NO 7992 9864 from Drumoak Waste Water Treatment Plant.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, Greyhope House, Greyhope Road, Torry, Aberdeen AB11 9RD not later than 26 July 2005 quoting reference WPC/N/72732.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge, at the above address.
