NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Act, that an application has been made to SEPA by Scottish Water for consent to discharge Screened Combined Storm Sewage Effluent to the Woodston Burn at NGR NO 7497 6521 and Emergency Overflows of Screened Sewage Effluent to the North Sea at NGR NO 7610 6490 from St. Cyrus Pumping Station, St. Cyrus, Aberdeenshire.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Registrar, SEPA, 7 Whitefriars Crescent, Perth PH2 0PA not later than 19 August 2005 quoting reference WPC/E/72744.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge, at the above address.
