Notice is hereby given that on 22 July 2005, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Tayside and Central Fife at Kirkcaldy by the directors of Advance Cooling Services Limited, craving the Court, inter alia that Advance Cooling Services Limited, company number SC155837, having their registered office at 134 Whitehill Road, Whitehill Industrial Estate, Glenrothes, Fife KY6 2RP, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Alan Thomson, Chartered Accountant, Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, Fife KY11 8PD, be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company: in which Petition the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy by Interlocutor dated 22 July 2005 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kirkcaldy within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, under certification; and appointed Alan Thomson, Chartered Accountant Provisional Liquidator of the said company with all the usual powers specified in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
