Notice is hereby given that on 15 August 2005 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by John Bruce Cartwright, Robert Jonathan Hunt and Graham Douglas Frost of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Erskine House, 68-73 Queen Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4NH, the Joint Administrators of Richard Lawson Auto Logistics Limited (in administration), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with Registered Number SC055754) and having its registered office at PricewaterhouseCoopers, PO Box 90, Erskine House, 68-73 Queen Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4NH (“the Company”), craving the Court inter alia that the period of the administration of the Company be extended to 13 March 2006 in which Petition Lord Clarke, by Interlocutor dated 17 August 2005 allowing any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers to the Petition, if so advised, at the Office of Court, Court of Session, Parliament House, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ, within 14 days after intimation, advertisement and service, all of which notice is hereby given.
