NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949 (AS AMENDED)

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 19 (4) of the above Act that by The Caenlochan National Nature Reserve De-Declaration 2005 dated Tenth August Two Thousand and Five it was declared by Scottish Natural Heritage that the following land namely:-

(1)  Those areas of ground (a) extending to Six Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Seven (6,847) Acres or thereby, part of the Airlie Estates and in the Council area of Angus, (b) One Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty Five (1,385) Acres or thereby, part of the Estates of Invercauld and Glenshee, partly in the Council area of Angus and partly in the Council area of Aberdeenshire, and (c) Seven Hundred and Fifty Nine (759) Acres or thereby, part of Glen Doll Forest in the Council area of Angus, which said areas of ground were shown tinted pink and enclosed within a continuous red line on the plan annexed to The Caenlochan Nature Reserve No. 1 Declaration 1961 dated 27th April 1961, and

(2)  That area of ground extending to Seventy Five hectares and Five decimal or one tenth part of an hectare or thereby (75.5 ha), part of the Airlie Estates in the Council area of Angus, being the subjects shown delineated red and coloured pink on the plan annexed and executed as relative to The Caenlochan National Nature Reserve No. 4 Declaration 1992 dated 6th March 1992,

Is no longer a Nature Reserve with effect from Twenty Ninth August Two Thousand and Five.

Certified Copies of the De-Declaration with plans annexed have been deposited for public inspection free of charge as undernoted and may be inspected for a period of one month following Twenty Ninth August Two Thousand and Five.

WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 AND NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949 (AS AMENDED)

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 19 (4) of the above Act that by The Corrie Fee National Nature Reserve No. 1 Declaration 2005 dated Tenth August Two Thousand and Five it was declared by Scottish Natural Heritage that the area of ground extending to 164 hectares or thereby part of Glen Doll Forest in Angus Council is managed as a National Nature Reserve under the provisions of the above Acts with effect from Twenty Ninth August Two Thousand and Five.

Certified Copies of the Declaration with plans annexed have been deposited for public inspection free of charge as undernoted and may be inspected for a period of one month following Twenty Ninth August Two Thousand and Five.
