NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by R & J MacEachen for consent to discharge up to a maximum of 13.0 m3 per day of sewage effluent to Kilchrenan Burn at NGR NN 0366 2226 from a development of 13 dwellings at Memorial Field, Kilchrenan, Argyll and Bute.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Senior Registry Officer, SEPA, Graesser House, Fodderty Way, Dingwall IV15 9XB, not later than 13 December 2005, quoting reference WPC/N/73083.

A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the above address, between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (except local and national holidays) or by prior arrangement at the SEPA Lochgilphead office, 2 Smithy Lane, Lochgilphead, telephone 01546 602876, or at The Post Office, Taynuilt, Argyll.
