NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that applications have been made to SEPA by Marine Harvest (Scotland) Ltd for consent to discharge trade effluent to Controlled Waters. The applications refer to existing installations involving increased production of salmon at the following Marine Cage Fish Farm site(s):
