Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that the General Partner of the Partnership, Candover 2001 Fund (Scotland) Limited and the Limited Partners of the Partnership, Colin Buffin, Susan Buffin, Marek Gumienny, Alistair Peel and Barnett Waddingham Capital Trustees Limited as trustees of the MSG Trust, Simon Leefe, Jean-Michel Coulot, Julian Delano, Lucy Delano, Peter Neal, Philip Symonds and Barnett Waddingham Capital Trustees Limited, as trustees of the PRN Trust, Brian Mercer and Piers Dennison have together agreed to dissolve the Partnership with effect from midnight on 14 July 2005.
