NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Woolgar Hunter for consent to discharge 7m3 per day of treated wastewater to the Nyte Burn at NGR NO 2589 3118 from a proposed development of 7 houses at Abernyte Farm, Abernyte.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, 7 Whitefriars Crescent, Perth PH2 0PA, not later than 10 March 2006, quoting reference WPC/E/73361.

A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the above address, between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (except local and national holidays.)
