NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Lynnmac Ltd for consent to discharge a maximum flow of 0.67 litres per second of treated sewage effluent to Loch Lomond at NGR NS 359 981 from Loch Lomond Chalet Park, Rowardennan, Drymen G63 0AR.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the applications should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, 5 Redwood Crescent, Peel Park, East Kilbride G74 5PP, not later than 28 March 2006, quoting reference WPC/W/73421.

A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the above SEPA office between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (except local and national holidays) and by prior arrangement at the local SEPA office at Law House, Todd Campus, West of Scotland Science Park, Maryhill Road, Glasgow G20 0XA (tel 0141 945 6350).
