APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ROCK GROYNES AT ABERDEEN BEACH

Notice is hereby given that Aberdeen City Council has applied to the Scottish Ministers of the Scottish Executive, under section 34 of the Coast Protection Act 1949, as amended by the section 36 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1988, to carry out Construction of rock groynes at the above location in the position(s):
