Dismissal of Winding Up Petition

By Interlocutor dated 3 May 2006, Lord Drummond Young dismissed the petition presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs on 7 March 2006, craving the Court inter alia to order that H P & T Restoration Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1985 and having its Registered Office at 6 Atholl Crescent, Perth PH1 5JN, be wound up by the Court and a Liquidator appointed to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986.
