Dismissal of Winding Up Petition

SLAEMUIR COACHES LIMITED

By Interlocutor dated 3 August 2006, Drummond Young dismissed the petition presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs on 15 June 2006, craving the Court inter alia to order that Slaemuir Coaches Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1985 and having its Registered Office at 15 Dougliehill Place, Port Glasgow, Inverclyde, Scotland PA14 1DN, be wound up by the Court and a Liquidator appointed to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986.
