The Queen has been pleased by Warrant bearing date 14 August 2006 to direct the issue of a Commission under the Great Seal appointed to be kept and made use of in place of the Great Seal of Scotland appointing Brigadier Melville Stewart Jameson, CBE, to be Lord Lieutenant for the Area of Perth and Kinross.
