Notice is hereby given that on 3 November 2005 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Glasgow City Council, City Chambers, George Square, Glasgow, craving the Court, inter alia, that Spaced Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act and having its registered office at West Anderson and Company, 92 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 2EJ be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 3 November 2005 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
