Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:-

1.  pursuant to an assignation of 21 November 2006 Cinven Group Limited transferred to Peter Gangsted part of the interest held by it in Cinven Capital Management (SP IV) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5626, represented by a capital contribution of €297.52;

2.  pursuant to an assignation of 21 November 2006 Cinven Group Limited transferred to Christian Dosch part of the interest held by it in Cinven Capital Management (SP IV) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5626, represented by a capital contribution of €223.14;

3.  pursuant to an assignation of 21 November 2006 Cinven Group Limited transferred to Felix Rose part of the interest held by it in Cinven Capital Management (SP IV) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5626, represented by a capital contribution of €28.34;

4.  pursuant to an assignation of 21 November 2006 Cinven Group Limited transferred to Karin Himmelreich part of the interest held by it in Cinven Capital Management (SP IV) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5626, represented by a capital contribution of €42.51;

5.  pursuant to an assignation of 21 November 2006 Cinven Group Limited transferred to Bruno Schick part of the interest held by it in Cinven Capital Management (SP IV) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5626, represented by a capital contribution of €56.67;

6.  pursuant to an assignation of 21 November 2006 Cinven Group Limited transferred to Tobias Knechtle part of the interest held by it in Cinven Capital Management (SP IV) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5626, represented by a capital contribution of €42.51;

7.  pursuant to an assignation of 21 November 2006 Cinven Group Limited transferred to Roberto Italia part of the interest held by it in Cinven Capital Management (SP IV) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5626, represented by a capital contribution of €148.76;

8.  pursuant to an assignation of 21 November 2006 Cinven Group Limited transferred to Valerio Massimo part of the interest held by it in Cinven Capital Management (SP IV) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5626, represented by a capital contribution of €56.67;

9.  pursuant to an assignation of 21 November 2006 Cinven Group Limited transferred to Christoph Hobo part of the interest held by it in Cinven Capital Management (SP IV) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5626, represented by a capital contribution of €3.54; and

10.  pursuant to an assignation of 21 November 2006 Cinven Group Limited transferred to Olaf Hartmann part of the interest held by it in Cinven Capital Management (SP IV) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5626, represented by a capital contribution of €774 and Olaf Hartmann became a limited partner in Cinven Capital Management (SP IV) Limited Partnership.
