NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of section 19, as read in conjunction with Section 21, of the National Parks And Access To The Countryside Act 1949, that The West Lothian Council intend to manage as a Local Nature Reserve the land extending to 143 hectares or thereby, situated at Easter Inch Moss and Seafield Law, Blackburn, West Lothian.
The area is shown outlined with a solid black line on the plan attached to a Declaration executed on 12 January 2007. A copy of the said Declaration and plan showing the area of Easter Inch Moss and Seafield Law Local Nature Reserve have been deposited for public inspection at West Lothian Council Headquarters, West Lothian House, Almondvale Boulevard, Livingston and Blackburn Area Housing Office, 3 Sycamore Walk, Blackburn or at www.wlonline.org.uk by way of Council Services / Environment / Outdoors / LNR 07 01.
Those documents are available for inspection free of charge from 18 January until 22 February 2007 during the hours of 9.00 am and 4.30 pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive
