NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949 (AS AMENDED)
NOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 19 (4) of the above Act that by The Strathfarrar National Nature Reserve No. 1 De-Declaration 2007 dated 2nd March 2007 it was declared by Scottish Natural Heritage that the area of ground extending to 2,190.65 hectares or thereby known as The Strathfarrar National Nature Reserve forming part of the Estates of Culligran and Struy, situated in the Council area of Highland Council, which was included in the Strathfarrar Nature Reserve No. 1 Declaration 1977 dated 19th September 1977 is no longer a National Nature Reserve with effect from 9th March 2007.
Certified Copies of the De-Declaration with plans annexed have been deposited for public inspection free of charge as undernoted and may be inspected for a period of one month following 9th March 2007.
