In accordance with paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to the above Regulations, Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) for Permits under Regulation 7 of the Regulations by Grampian Country Chickens (Rearing) Limited in respect of activities being carried out namely rearing of poultry in installations at:
Helensfield Poultry Farm, Clackmannan, Alloa FK10 3PU (PPC/A/1017511)
Greenknowes Poultry Farm, Kelty, Fife, KY4 0JN (PPC/A/1017512)
Glendevon Poultry Farm, Waggon Road, Crossford, Dunfermline, KY11 3HQ (PPC/A/1017514)
Craiglaw Poultry Farm, Rumbling Bridge, Kinross, KY13 0QQ (PPC/A/1017515)
Carnbo Poultry Farm, Thorntonhill, Carnbo, Kinross, KY13 0PB (PPC/A/1017516)
The applications contain a description of any foreseeable effects of emissions from the installations on the environment. The applications may be inspected, free of charge, at SEPA, 7 Whitefriars Cresent, Perth, PH2 OPA between 0930 and 1630 on working days. Please quote the reference number listed above.
Written representation concerning these applications may be made to the SEPA at the above address, or sent to e-mail address consultee.responses@sepa.org.uk and if received within in 28 days of this Notice, will be taken into consideration in determining the applications. Any such representations made by any person will be entered in a public register unless that person requests in writing that they should not be so entered. Where such a request is made there will be included in the register a statement indicating that representations have been made which has been the subject of such a request.
