Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, Carl Harring transferred his interest in Apax Europe VII Co-Investment L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5980, to Landale Consultants Limited and on the same date Landale Consultants Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership and Carl Harring ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
