NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949 (AS AMENDED)

WILDLIFE & COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 (AS AMENDED)

NOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 19 (4) of the above 1949 Act that by the Caerlaverock National Nature Reserve Declaration 2007 dated Third October Two Thousand and Seven it was declared by Scottish Natural Heritage that the area of ground extending to eight thousand one hundred and eighty four decimal seven eight hectares or thereby at Caerlaverock, in the Council area of Dumfries & Galloway Council is managed as a Nature Reserve under the provisions of the above Acts with effect from the Eighth day of October Two Thousand and Seven.

Certified Copies of the Declaration with plans annexed have been deposited for public inspection free of charge as undernoted and may be inspected for a period of one month following Eighth October Two Thousand and Seven
