WIGTOWN BAY LOCAL NATURE RESERVE

BYELAWS

Dumfries and Galloway Council, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by Sections 20, 21 and 106 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 in accordance with Section 201 to 204 of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 hereby give notice that the existing Byelaws for Wigtown Bay Local Nature Reserve will continue to be effective until further notice. Following delays in the approval of the amended byelaws by the Scottish Government and ongoing discussions

Once formally approved by the Scottish Government copies of the Byelaws will be available and further public notices will be provided at that time
