DURROCKSTOCK PARK, PAISLEY LOCAL NATURE RESERVE

No. 1 DECLARATION 2008

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of Section 19, as read in conjunction with Section 21, of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 that The Renfrewshire Council intend to manage land having a total area of Six point five six hectares (6.56 ha) or thereby, situated at Durrockstock Park, Paisley in the Renfrewshire area and shown delineated in red on the plan attached to the Declaration, as a Local Nature Reserve.

Certified copies of the Declaration with plan attached have been deposited for public inspection without payment during normal office and library hours, as appropriate, for a period of thirty days from the date of publication, in the Customer Service Centre, Renfrewshire Council Headquarters, Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley, PA1 1AN and at Foxbar Community Library, Ivanhoe Road, Paisley, PA2 0JZ.
