Notice is hereby given that on 18 March 2008 a motion was presented to the Lord Ordinary at the Court of Session by Wolseley UK Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at the Wolseley Centre, Harrison Way, Leamington Spa CV31 3HH moving the Court to dismiss the Petition to wind up P B Reilly Contractors Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having their Registered Office at 21 Watt Road, Hillington, Glasgow G52 4RY (Company Registration No. SC171520). By Interlocutor dated 18 March 2008 the Lord Ordinary at the Court of Session dismissed the Petition and found no expenses due to or by either party and appointed the dismissal of the Petition to be advertised once in The Edinburgh Gazette newspaper; all of which notice is hereby given.
