TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997

NORTH LANARKSHIRE COUNCIL (CLOSURE OF PART OF THE ROAD AT BROOMPARK CRESCENT, AIRDRIE) STOPPING UP ORDER 2007

North Lanarkshire Council hereby give notice that the above Order made under Section 207 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 authorising the stopping up of part of the road at Broompark Crescent, Airdrie has now been confirmed by the Scottish Ministers.

The said road all as shown hatched black on the plan annexed and subscribed as relative to the said Order will be stopped up and closed to all vehicular traffic to enable development to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under Part III of the said Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997.

A copy of the Order, as confirmed, and relevant plan may be inspected at the offices of the Executive Director of Environmental Services (Central Area Office), North Lanarkshire Council, Kildonan Street, Coatbridge by any person free of charge during normal office hours.
