Notice is hereby given that on 10 July 2008 an Application was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Raymond Andrew William Cowan, residing at Hillcrest, Kincairn, Blairs, Aberdeen AB12 5YQ and Andrew John Martin, residing at Sunnyside Croft, Blairs, Aberdeen AB12 5YT craving the Court inter alia to make an administration order in relation to Seimtec Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen AB10 1HA and appoint Gordon Malcolm MacLure and Matthew Purdon Henderson of Johnston Carmichael, Bishop’s Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen AB10 1YL as joint administrators; in which Application the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Interlocutor of 10 July 2008 appointed Seimtec Limited and any other persons interested to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within five days after such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
