NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949 (AS AMENDED)
WILDLIFE & COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 (AS AMENDED)
NOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 19 (4) of the above 1949 Act that by the Muir of Dinnet National Nature Reserve No. 2 Declaration 2008 dated Fourteenth July, Two Thousand and Eight it was declared by Scottish Natural Heritage that the area of ground extending to one thousand one hundred and sixty six decimal one seven (1166.17) hectares or thereby forming part of Dinnet & Kinord Estate in the Council area of Aberdeenshire Council is managed as a Nature Reserve under the provisions of the above Acts with effect from the Twenty Fourth July, Two Thousand and Eight. With effect from the same date, The Muir of Dinnet Nature Reserve No.1 Declaration 1977 dated Nineteenth September Nineteen Hundred and Seventy seven was withdrawn.
Certified Copies of the Declaration with plans annexed have been deposited for public inspection free of charge as undernoted and may be inspected for a period of one month following Twenty Fourth July, Two Thousand and Eight
