NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949

BONNYFIELD NATURE PARK LOCAL NATURE RESERVE

NO. 1 DECLARATION 2008

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of Section 19, as read in conjunction with Section 21 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 that Falkirk Council intend to manage land having a total area of 28.7 hectares or thereby, situated at Bonnyfield Nature Park to the south of Bonnyfield Road, Bonnybridge in the local authority area of Falkirk Council as a Local Nature Reserve.

Certified copies of the said Declaration with plan attached have been deposited for public inspection without payment during normal office and library hours for a period of thirty days from the date of this Notice at the Council’s offices, Reception, Municipal Buildings, Falkirk and at the Bonnybridge Library, Bridge Street, Bonnybridge.
