POLLUTION PROVENTION AND CONTROL (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2000

In accordance with Paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 of The above regulations, NOTICE is hereby given That application is being made to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) for a Permit under Regulation 7 of the Regulations by Business Bio Fuels Limited. The application is in respect of a biodiesel production activity to be carried out on at an installation located at Aberdeen, Grampian.

The application contains a description of any foreseeable significant effects on emissions from the installation on the environment. The application may be inspected free of charge at SEPA 142 Sinclair Rd, Torry, Aberdeen, AB11 9PR between 0930 and 1630 on working days. Please quote Reference No PPC/A/1038072

Written representations concerning the application may be made to SEPA at the above address or by email to registryaberdeen@sepa.org.uk and if received within 28 days of publication of this notice, will be taken into consideration in determining the application. Any such representations made by any person will be entered in a public register unless that person requests in writing that they should not be so placed. Where such a request is made there will be included in the register a statement indicating that representations have been made which have been the subject of such a request.
