APPLECROSS PROPERTIES LIMITED

A meeting of the creditors of Applecross Properties Limited is to be held at the office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Erskine House, 68-73 Queen Street, Edinburgh EH2 4NH at 10.00 am on 20 August 2009, under the provisions of Section 67 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The purpose of this meeting is to receive the report of the receivers and if the creditors wish to do so, to appoint a committee of creditors.
