The Sheriff Grants warrant for service of the Petition and this deliverance upon:—

1.  The Accountant in Bankruptcy, 1 Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning KA13 6SA;

2.  Scottish Water Business Stream Limited, trading as Business Stream, 55 Buckstone Terrace, Fairmilehead, Edinburgh EH10 6XH.

Further appoints the Petitioner to advertise the Petition once in The Edinburgh Gazette and appoints any person claiming an interest, to lodge Answers, if so advised within 14 days after such intimation, service and advertisement. Thereafter makes no further order.
