FLOOD PREVENTION (SCOTLAND) ACT 1961

THE HIGHLAND COUNCIL (SOUTH WEST INVERNESS FLOOD RELIEF CHANNEL) FLOOD PREVENTION SCHEME 2006

Notice is hereby given by The Highland Council under paragraph 8 of the Second Schedule of the above Act that the Scottish Ministers have confirmed The Highland Council (South West Inverness Flood Relief Channel) Flood Prevention Scheme 2006 made under section 4 of the Act.

Any person may inspect a copy of the Scheme and the relevant plans free of charge at all reasonable hours at The Highland Council’s offices in the Service Point, 23 Church Street, Inverness IV1 1DY, during the period of six weeks from first publication of this notice.

Any person may within a period of six weeks of first publication of this notice make application to the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ.
