KG, Abigail J Feder as trustee of the Craig M Donaldson Mercury 4 Irrevocable Trust, Nerine Trust Company Limited as trustee of the Franklin Trust, Trevor Bayley, Nic Humphries, Martin Block, Lindsay Dibden, Nicholas Turner and Stephen Bough part of the interest held by them in HgCapital SPLP2 Carry L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5045 (the “Partnership”).
