FLOOD PREVENTION (SCOTLAND) ACT 1961

THE HIGHLAND COUNCIL (RIVER NESS TIDAL SECTION) FLOOD PREVENTION SCHEME 2008

The Highland Council hereby give notice under paragraph 8 of the Second Schedule to the above Act that the Scottish Ministers have confirmed The Highland Council (River Ness Tidal Section) Flood Prevention Scheme 2008 under section 4 of the Act.

Any person may inspect a copy of the Scheme and the relevant plans free of charge at all reasonable hours at The Highland Council’s offices in the Service Point, 23 Church Street, Inverness, IV1 1DY during a period of six weeks from first publication of this notice.

Any person aggrieved by the Scheme may, within a period of six weeks of the first publication of this notice, make application to the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ.
