A meeting of the creditors of Kilmartin Holdings Limited is to be held at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Erskine House, 68-73 Queen Street, Edinburgh EH2 4NH, at 10.00 am, on Wednesday 17 March 2010, under the provisions of Section 67 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The purpose of this meeting is to receive the report of the receivers and if the creditors wish to do so, to appoint a committee of creditors.
