Notice is hereby given that in a Petition presented by Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited on 7 September 2010, craving the court inter alia to make an administration order in respect of Port Dundas Properties and Developments Limited; to appoint Thomas Merchant Burton, Ernst & Young LLP, 1 More London Place, London SE1 2AF and Colin Peter Dempster, Ernst & Young LLP, 10 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 2DZ, to be joint Administrators of Port Dundas Properties and Developments Limited; Lord Glennie by Interlocutor dated 23 September 2010, ordered any parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers, if so advised, with the Deputy Principal Clerk at the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, within twenty one days after intimation, advertisement and service; and meantime, appointed the said Thomas Merchant Burton and Colin Peter Dempster to be interim managers of Port Dundas Properties and Developments Limited with the powers set out in Schedule 1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
