Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that pursuant to an assignation dated 6 October 2010 and 8 October 2010, AXA Private Equity Secondaries Limited in its capacity as general partner of AXA Secondary Fund IV L.P. transferred to AXA Alternative Participations SICAV I part of the interest held by it in ASF Sunrise Co-Investment L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL7956 (the “Partnership”) and AXA Alternative Participations SICAV I became a limited partner in the Partnership.
