Notice is hereby given that on 23 December 2010 Albany Holdings Limited presented to the Court of Session in Edinburgh a petition for the making of an administration order in respect of Albany Technologies Limited (the “Company”), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with registered number SC239014 and having its registered office at 27 Lauriston Place, Edinburgh EH3 9DQ, for the appointment of John Alfred George Alexander and Melvyn Julian Carter as the joint administrators of the Company and for an order that the appointment of the joint administrators shall take effect from 10 February 2011. Any person claiming an interest may lodge answers to the petition within 21 days of the date of this advertisement.
