1. To recall the grant of Sequestration made at Arbroath Sheriff Court on 21 April 2011 against the Respondent.

2. To grant Warrant to serve this Petition upon the Accountant in Bankruptcy, 1 Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning KA13 6SA, as Interim Trustee; Messrs KPMG, 191 West George Street, Glasgow, Agents for the Accountant in Bankruptcy and Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, Debt Management and Banking, Enforcement and Insolvency, 20 Haymarket Yards, Edinburgh EH12 5WT.

3. To grant Warrant to intimate these proceedings by Newspaper Advertisement from The Edinburgh Gazette .

4. To find any party opposing this Petition liable in the expenses.

STATEMENT OF FACT

1. The parties are as designed in the Instance. The Respondent has been habitually resident within the Sheriffdom of Tayside Central at Arbroath in the year immediately.
