The Queen having been pleased to approve that Louis Robert Munn JP DL, be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Lanarkshire to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in his favour bearing the date 7 July 2011 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
