I, Claire Louise Middlebrook, of Henderson Loggie, 34 Melville Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7HA hereby give notice that I was appointed Receiver of the whole property and undertaking of Inshes Developments Limited in terms of Section 51 of the Insolvency Act 1986 on 8 September 2011.

In terms of Section 59 of the said act, preferential creditors are required to lodge their formal claims with us within six months of this date.
