Notice is hereby given that on 20 September 2011 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Airdrie by Scotpanel Display Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 6 Tannoch Place, Cumbernauld, Glasgow G67 2XU (the “Company”) craving inter alia that an administration order be made in respect of the Company and that Donald McNaught and Matthew Henderson, both of Johnston Carmichael, 227 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2ND, be appointed joint Administrators of the Company, in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 20 September 2011 appointed any persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Airdrie within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement and fixed; and assigned 13 October 2011 at 10.00 am within the Sheriff Courthouse, Graham Street, Airdrie as a hearing on the crave of the petition; all of which notice is hereby given.
